People About Us

The female fitness classes at 9.30 have become part of my daily routine. Chris keeps us all motivated and on track. Each class is different which make it fun and challenging. The circuits are specifically put together for maximum gain in a fast 45 minutes.  I love that there is nowhere to hide but the results are there
